  • Total Camp Cost: $1,365 (if registered before 2/1/25)

  • Payment Schedule:

    • $500 deposit

    • $500 due by 3/15/25

    • $365 due by 5/15/25





Option 2: Standard Pricing



  • Total Camp Cost: $1,465 (if registered after 2/1/25)

  • Payment Schedule:

    • $500 deposit

    • $500 due by 3/15/25

    • $465 due by 5/15/25





Option 3: Extended Payment Plan Pricing [Early-Bird Rate]



  • Total Camp Cost: $1,415 (if registered before 2/1/25)

  • Payment Schedule:

    • $200 deposit

    • $200 due by 12/15/24

    • $200 due by 1/15/25

    • $200 due by 2/15/25

    • $200 due by 3/15/25

    • $200 due by 4/15/25

    • $215 due by 5/15/25




Option 4: Extended Payment Plan Pricing



  • Total Camp Cost: $1,495 (if registered after 12/1/24)

  • Payment Schedule:

    • $200 deposit

    • $200 due by 12/15/24

    • $200 due by 1/15/25

    • $200 due by 2/15/25

    • $200 due by 3/15/25

    • $200 due by 4/15/25

    • $315 due by 5/15/25




Cancellation Policy


If you cancel after the due date, payments made will be forfeited. However, there are certain situations where a full refund will be provided:
— If your camper is sick on the first day and unable to attend.
— If there is a family emergency or a death in the family.
— If an uncontrollable situation occurs (e.g., a wildfire).
In these cases, you will receive a full refund.
