We live in an age where literally thousands of people can be contacted with the click of a button. Unlike the old days where a phone call or paper letters were all there was, today, one communication mistake can have large-scale consequences. Large amounts of data can certainly be a blessing, but it can also be a liability.

This form is about people and this form is about words. Words matter to people, so they matter to Bay Farm Church. We know they matter to you.

Data and Use Policies
By submitting this form I agree to:
- Not share any data found in Breeze to a third-party.
- Not export data to another platform, cell phone, email list, contact list or any personal database outside of Breeze.
- Not print data found in Breeze.
- Only use data in Breeze in the interest of church-sponsored ministry and not for personal or business gain.
- Not send mass-communication. All mass email campaigns (8+ people) will go out from the BFC office using Mailchimp.
- Feel free to email leadership teams from personal email (should not be more than 8 persons).
- Other than leadership team emails, no email should be sent without "BCC—blind carbon copy" as a general rule.
- Limit communication to within the "Tag(s)" or "Form(s)" related to your ministry.
- Attempt to consider all communication's value in the point of view of the recipient so as to prevent the possibility it might be considered spam.
